雷道 Raido is MATCHA GEN ZEN’s original matcha powder made from green tea leaves harvested in Uji, Kyoto, Japan.  You can make a bowl of ceremonial grade matcha with a rich and creamy taste and Umami with Raido.

How to prepare (Recommended) 

Whisk it using cool water to draw out mild sweetness and umami. You can drink it straight, or add cream or milk to it and enjoy it as a matcha latte.

What does 雷道 Raido means?

雷道 means “Thunder Path” which is inspired by Sugawara No Michizane, who is well known as the thunder god in Japan.
